Angel fish lymphocystis?

Hello I am trying to diagnose these white bumps that have just popped up on my 14mth old angelfish. The other fish seem to be okay in the tank just him.

Lympho looks like lumps of cottage cheese and generally hangs off the end of the fins. It looks horrible but generally isn't deadly and will go away if you keep the tank healthy. GL
