Thanks everyone for the help. I did 80gl, 40% water change, then followed it up with a 20% change the next day, and lymphocytes is about gone. Nitrates are still high, so I will repeat the same what changes weekly until nitrate are acceptable.

I did use smart star complete to cycle. I also have 40 gl in qt tanks ( no live stock) with live rock.

First pic is now second was before.......not sure the pics do justice to the improvement.
