Same fish? And I’m guessing it got nipped by clownfish. I just hope it’s nothing serious
Not same fish. But i have all type of angels. It may scratches itself from rockscape. Usually heal pretty quick depends on your water quality.
I wouldnt worry unless its a ich.

Looks more like an injury versus bite but also pics a little fuzzy to confirm. Clows can bite but generally favor the tail and body

It’s like the whole spike is white. Should I be worried?

I could be sand, a parasite, a bite mark, scrape on a rock or nothing.

Since you cannot likely catch it, then just keep feeding well and leave it alone to heal up.

Better pics! 21B65D6C-26C9-4186-911F-2590C04AE4EF.jpeg 750627E2-00C3-457D-8C57-BEAB7EBC2898.jpeg 452DA9FA-75A2-4596-B808-AC0BBDB01889.jpeg 216106DB-D6D9-4852-99BF-73CE62353802.jpeg
Look like tissue gone from an injury . Dont believe this is bacterial . Ive seen this with other angels and rabbitfish.
While it may Not be water quality related, assure to maintain good water quality and diet.
Flakes and pellets dont cut it but add meaty such as LRS nano frenzy

Ok thanks. I fed flakes earlier today and I fed a mysis cube a little bit ago

Ya this will happen when you stuff an Angelfish, 2 clowns, a goby/pistol and a blenny all in a tiny 12g box. Too bad you didn't learn your lesson from the 6line.
I don’t have the blenny I donated him to a friend. And don’t have a six line.

You just said you have a blenny in your other thread, and yes, I am referring to the 6line you had to give up because you put it in this overstocked tank and...surprise surprise, it got into fights with your other fish.
