Angelfish got stuck to a wavemaker.

Hi I had a fish missing and couldnt find it for 3-4 hours. I finally had discovered he was stuck to one of my fluval wave makers. I do not see any cuts he is alive but he isnt moving hes laying on a rock what should or could i do to help him is he going to die.

Probably gonna die. Fish don’t get caught in circulation pumps unless they are sick already

I dont understand how.. He was eating swimming very happy. I seen him hanging out and all of a sudden he was missing then i noticed him on the wave maker. So i unstuck him and hes laying down i cant tell if hes dead or not.. he swam off but now hes not moving..
