When I woke up this morning I saw that my Coral Beauty was swimming upside down and just in circles. It doesn't appear to have anything on it and my water parameters are good. What should I do to try to save it?

Does not sound good at all. Angels can be tricky especially when new or not receiving adequate nutrition.
If you do not have a QT for treatment really all you can do is try to increase oxygenation to the tank and hope for the best. By the sound of it the Angel will not last long enough to set up a QT and acquire the right medicinal products.

I have QT set up, and I moved it into it. What next?
Make sure you have a powerhead breaking the surface for lots of oxygen. Humble will advise from here but I agree 95% chance this fish is a goner :(

Can you upload a video of how it's acting? Any signs of injury, or white spots/weird discolorations on the fish? Has the fish been breathing heavy, scratching, twitching it's head, swimming into the flow of a powerhead or acting reclusive in the days leading up to this? Not eating? Any strange/unusual behavior at all?

It's hard to say if a disease is in play or if the fish has just been damaged/injured based upon your OP.

Sadly the fish has died. Nothing unusual leading up to today. I think it did get stuck on a powerhead and that is when it started.

Sorry.

An otherwise healthy fish will not get stuck to a powerhead, it's a common second occurrence of an already sick fish.

Welcome to Reef2Reef. :-)

I'm very sorry for your loss. I'm just currious.... Was he ever treated with copper? At the LFS or in QT before being put into the display tank?

Lost my coral beauty this morning in quarantine at Day 5: QT was precautionary (new purchases) and not for treatment of any specific disease. When I checked on the QT at 0800 this morning, the angel was swimming at the surface...and then, lazily, upside down. At 0830, it was stuck to the powerhead, with very rapid breathing. I gave it a FW dip (nothing visible dropped off) and placed it in a jar for observation. At 0900, it was gone. No obvious signs of disease (although I didn't see it eat yesterday) or trauma except the rapid breathing (and swimming issues), and colours were bright and vibrant. Ammonia is "safe" on the seachem badge, and copper was being ramped up slowwly (currently at 1.02) because of a Lubbock's fairy wrasse. SG is 1.024. I've never had a fish go down this quickly.

And yes, the other members of the QT are okay (so far): the fairy wrasse and a lawnmower blenny. QT is a 15g, and equipped with a HOB filter, heater and a MP10. I through in some filter media a few days ago to help with the nitrifcation process, and put some turf algae in for the blenny (which it hasn't touched, of course).
