Angelfish White Lips

So I just got an angelfish. Looked fine in the fish store and the first day in QT he was okay. The next day he seemed to be hiding a bit more. Today (3rd day) it looks like he has either a bump below his eye or he cut himself and the skin is dangling a bit. More obvious is that his lips are white, doesn't close his mouth, seems to be breathing rapidly and he's very scared. What could it be and what medicine should I use?

Did he come from Petco? I've been seeing brook in their systems a lot lately, and not just on clownfish.

Okay, I ordered some Formalin-ms. I'm about to do a freshwater dip. Will any of these medications help in the meantime?

Are one of those Seachem tubes I see, Metroplex or Kanaplex?
