Angels and Butterfly Reef: 750XXL

Maybe I missed it but what sorts of coral are/were you keeping with those angels? Must by soft corals and mushroom?

Euphylia, mushrooms, paly, zoas, monti, acro.

Now these angels are juveniles. I expect the paly and zoas will eventually be dinner. Just a matter of time.

I was able to find a great looking 750XXL V1 in excellent shape. So I will be taking down the 95g cube.
Tank is in the cycling process

For some reason, I always thought the male meredithi didn't have the blue face with the yellow round spots
Look the same to me between the two except for the tail

that is a gorgeous fish. You have a lot of knowledge on this fish? Do all males get the blue face with yellow spots?

have you ever kept this fish?
Can’t say I have a lot of knowledge of this fish or any fish as I only keep them. Males do get blue face with yellow dots but they have to be a very aged male to be like the ones in the pictures. I have a male false and a female true in separate tanks and I hope the true turns male one day.
