Angels: can you mix dwarfs and larges?

Absolutely, but same with all fish of the same species, they may show aggression towards one another. If you have a large enough tank and the inhabitants are happy and healthy, then it’ll probably be fine.
My last fowlr I had had multiple large and small angels.. the only ones that didn’t like each other were my emperator and blue face, and all they did was grunt at each other and occasionally chase
