So I have this clownfish that has supposedly been angry with other fish. I want to try him out in my tank with other fish. I honestly think the environment was making the clown angry. Should I try the other tank??

It's probably a female and sometimes they can get very teritorial. Moving it is worth a try but done expect success.
Ok so I should try it even though I have 3 pajama cardinals in the other tank?

Yes, you must isolate. Female clownfish are much more dominant than their male counterparts. They greedily try to eat most of the food that gets into the tank (which is one reason the males don't grow as large). They will often aggressively protect their "home", whether that be an anemone, a nesting site, a clay pot or the entire fish tank. If it attacks your hand when you're trying to clean the glass or it won't let any other fish near its spot, you most likely have a female clownfish.

If you're having a problem with it in it's current tank you are correct in considering to rehome it. But fish have personalities and you need to keep an eye out for aggression if you do rehome it and be ready to rehome it again if necessary. Your other option is to rehome the other fish in it's current tank it's having issues with.
