Difficult to see much in the photos. The plastic box interferes a bit.

How long have you had this fish? What have you fed him? What other fish are in the tank?

Fish has ich parasite and is beyond distressed. While there are cures for ich, I’m going to be straight up and say fish is also moribund meaning It has a low chance for recovery
Additionally placing in quarantine for treatment will further stress it
Lastly, the tank it’s in will have to remain fishless for 45-60 days to alleviate the life cycle of any existing parasites
Sorry for the news but be assured these things happen in the hobby

Probably 3 months feed him shrimp mysys was fine and eating yesterday. Have 2 clowns a fox face and goby
Fish like this need more than mysis as a diet- mix of herbivore and carnivore foods

Have you noticed any white spots on the fish in recent days or on any of the other fish?

Frozen mysis or brine shrimp, particularly the frozen cubes, are mostly water and very little protein or fat. Starvation over time is likely without a better diet.

What else would be good?

So all my fish will die?? Any treatment? I just bought a uv that I'm installing today

herbivore and carnivore preparations, and pellets. Read the labels for protein versus fat versus moisture and you'll quickly see where the nutrition is. Natural foods provide a diet closer to real life, but pellets, for me, play an important role in overall nutrition.

I don't see any other white spots on any of the other fish is that good? Plus the angel has sort of made a recovery swimming around no but has a chewed tail maybe from the Crabs?

Firmu
I use 3 types or shrimp and some seaweed but it just the fox face that eats that. Anynother suggestions?
