Hey everyone 2 days ago my star polyp closed up earlier than usual one night and has not opened us since. However, I have spotted two white dots on it that look suspect, should I be concerned, what can I do if anything is needed? Background: my tank is a little over 5 months old and the water chemistry has stable and in range. All other corals and fish are doing great with no issues. The only changes to the tank were a toad stool an a zoa frag that I added the same day the star polyp closed up. The only thing I altered was my lighting which I changed to acclimation setting. I appreciate any help I can get.
Thanks

Look like harmless sponges to me.

Fine when they are on rocks but can irritate corals.

Pluck with a pair of tweezers or forceps and all should be well again.
