I completely forgot about Deltec I will talk to Adam about it.Oh I’d also like to suggest a Deltec skimmer . Absolutely phenomenal!

I am looking for a steel stand with wooden cover. I can not find it locally but if you know someone let me know.

Thanks man, currently looking hard for a custom stand..Congratulations on the new house!!

Yup I contacted them but no response after 3 emails. Also the cover part is tricky....I like Micheal's FramingTech stand.
Don't know about the cover...![]()

Thanks man. I wanted to go big but will do it next time. Trying to put my knowledge together and what I learned here.Congrats on the house and the tank!!!!
The tank is going to be amazing, very excited to follow.

In case you people are doubting that I am out of business. Then no.....

A lot has happened since my last update. My Flame angel ;Vamp gone rogue and killed 4 fishes including my 6 line wrasse, 2 lyretail anthias and my favourite copperband butterfly. So I have to dump him in my other so called cycling/frag tank. He is now life imprisonment in that tank. This also impacted my tank biology and an algae outbreak. Nothing major happened but few corals lost their colour.
He was the last fish so no change to stocking. They were a happy family for 6 months and suddenly it started. So I will go with your last statement"he just grow up to be a jerk"...lol. Actually I was completely ticked off when he killed my butterfly because that was nice fat butterfly. But possibly I think its time to train another one.Sorry about the rogue Angel. I am curious, was there some change to stocking, or the tank that may have caused his behavior to change? Or did he just grow up to be a jerk?
did he just grow up to be a jerk?
Red sea peninsula or Waterbox peninsula.

I agree with this, I have had flame angles is the past. They can be aggressive in smaller systems.
Yeah I had one flame earlier and he was a good citizen he died during my tank crash. Somehow this one decided to become a bad boy...
I think both would be good choices for systems. Sorry I am no help![]()
shipping

Yeah, you got it right. what I am reading that Waterbox shipping is awful and they dont take care of small things. In other words, they will not take care of thing which they dont think are structural issues which is completely relative and vary according to different person. If I receive a tank with its overflow box leaking I will doubt over how the whole tank has been sealed. You dont want 200G of saltwater on the floor. But Red sea generally takes care of things like this and dont ask customer to seal that by themselves.I agree, I read more about shipping issues/damage caused by the crating of the tanks and packing. The tanks that arrive with out shipping damage, the buys really like in regards to Waterbox. Waterbox has great tankd but having it shipped is a gamble. Red Sea has had some issue with manufacturing in the past and shipping. I am not quite sure but it seamed they were have the issues in the summer of 2017 with seams leaking and some other issues.
Both from what I have read have good customer service.
My opinion it is the shippers and I would say that Red Sea has made a change and Waterbox needs to also find a shipper that will not toss around the products on the loading docks and trucks. That or use a better crater that uses thicker material for the creates. It is a weight thing with shipping. That also means a few more $$ for shipping. Myself I would gladly pay a little more and not have the hassle![]()
