Ordered my reef spectrum PCB upgrades from SB on the 3rd and after (politely) bugging them I found out my package had been sitting in their warehouse for 6 days ("lost") which is why the tracking number wasn't updating. That's inexcusable in my opinion, especially when your first response is pretty much "we'll do anything to make this right." This whole thing reeks of trying to save face and doesn't instill much trust in them.

These companies want you to spend beaucoup bucks and yet they slap you in the face. I've had other companies overnight me power supplies when they've died because they wanted to keep me as a customer.

How does it take 6 days for a package to ship out?!

In the video you can see the exchange of emails which show the lack of attempts to "make it right" (his words).

Weird... China? My shipping info says it's coming from Florida but now it hasn't updated in 4 days. I've now been waiting 10 days for these lights... Hope they're worth it!
