Is the such a thing as an anemone being irritated by a clown? This gal literally perches in the anemone all day. She will only swim out when I feed. When i first got the anemone I could not see its mouth, the tentacles were very thick. Now the anemone's mouth is always visible. It's tight and the anem has not lost any color...but there is always a gap where the clown is either scrubing...nipping...or perching.

Yes - to the point where the clownfish can actually kill it (this can happen to corals as well, which is why most get a BTA to pacify their clownfish). This isn't a common occurrence, so with a single clownfish I don't think you have to worry too much. How's your lighting? Do you occasional supplemental feed your BTA?

I feed it a shrimp about every 3 weeks. I try not to bother it too much. It likes the lighting and flow where it's at.

looks good, I don't think there's an issue, but maybe give it a shot of food more than once every 3 weeks.
I feed mine a turkey baster shot about a quarter full to 5 anemones at least every 2nd day.
The clown will steal food from the anemone and if the food it only gets is from the broadcast feeding it might need an extra dedicated shot once in a while.
I once had 2 clowns that took all the food from my anemone and it slowly died.
