Thats generally my thought, but with less lighting they weren't reaching this much?Reaching up is a sign of weak lighting. The reaching to get more

Lots of anemone’s oral disc will fold. It is normal. I’ll try and go take a picture. Note the bottom ruffled/folded.
stretching into a trumpet shape is often a sign of need of more light. Changing intensity *and* spectrum or just the intensity with you new light?
I’d give it time. I love anemones. I have a lot of anemones. So long as they’re reasonably healthy they will move if the want more or less light. I’ve seen bad things happen with not enough light (go to a pet store) but I’ve never seen one die from too much. They just go hid in a crevice.
Disclaimer: I am not an anemone scientist.

Makes sense. Honestly IMHO Anemones do and go where they want. I would probably call it a foregone conclusion that if I changed my lights or flow even a little, one or two will walk no matter how much I try.Technically both spectrum and intensity. My last light wasn't as plug and play as the radion in terms of spectrum and I didn't have a par meter this time around so trying to just read the corals. I know they could use more light but I think bringing them up maybe 1% per day until they seem good has been my approach so far, but I may have started a bit on the low end thinking the radion would be more powerful.
