Another, “What is This?” Post

New to this forum and came looking for help! Been cycling the tank for about ten days now and after dropping fish food and brine shrimp into the tank this substance formed over the food and I am at a loss to what is it.

Welcome to R2R, looks like you started with dry rock ,, apart from the food .. have you added any bacteria at all dr Tim’s or bactostart or anything .. happy Reefing!!
