Another 40br sps lighting

I'm looking for new lights for my sps 40br. I want sps all the way to the bottom not just the top. So 300 par at 12-14" Low rock work to allow them to grow

ATI 8 bulb with bulbs = $783
2 xr15 g5 pro = $840
2 xr30gen4 pro = $1000 (yes way overkill but good price)
2 Kessil A360x with wifi and mount = $1169 (over budget)

Anything else I should consider?

Reefbreeders Photon V2+ 32” - supplement with lumen bars or aquatic life t5.

I would think that a 6x39 ATI fixture would suffice for the 18” fore to aft depth of a 40 breeder.

I did think 6 bulb as well, plus I could add led strip for shimmer
