another algea question

I have a small amount of green hair, a small amount of red micro algea and a type of stringy brown algea with small bubbles. tank is passing 3 months. if the no3 and no4 are at zero measured and silicates measure 0 what is feeding it? I also have a sump and fudge running cheato lights are 6x t5 on about 10 hrs per day

The algaes are consuming it as fast as it is being produced = zero readings. New tank "uglies" thing.

ok, but why isn't the cheato out competing it? still a new tank thing?
