another alk and cal thread

I finally invested in a dosing pump

I have always manually dosed alk and cal about 10 minutes apart from each other.
now getting a doser up and running and keeping everything more stable I'm curious to know how much time everyone leaves in between dosing alk and cal

30 minutes? an hour? two hours?

As long as the first one mixes in before the second is added, or at least does not encounter the high concentration cloud of the second, you are good to go. That time varies by system. It might be just a few minutes in many systems, but there's no reason to not spread the out more.

When I dosed them I placed a 10 min gap between the 2 (alk and cal).
Now I only dose alk and nothing else.
