Ok I'm going with the aquascape below. More flat areas for coral placement and more hiding places for fish. Still waiting on cycle so all I can do is dream about next steps. I'm looking to do bunch of LPS and softies that will have lots of movement (torches, hammers, etc). Bottom left will be small zoa garden and bottom right is either a mushroom or acan. Maybe something on the ledge on the far right but I'm not sure if that will throw off the composition.

What do you all think?

I like your hotdog with mustard coral on the bottom right :p

I think it looks good. It's hard to scape a tank that size. Looks like you'll have plenty of room for flow and growth.

Personally, I would try for a little more height. Maybe you can place one of your smaller rocks under the big one on the left. Something I've done in the past is to use a 1 1/2" piece of pvc, maybe a coupling. Place the PVC under the bigger rock on the left and then hide it with something flat-ish in front of it. Growth of some Zoa's would hide the PVC. This way that rock with the nice tip would reach higher in the tank. Attach a coral to it and you'll have some nice height. :-)

In a 10 gallon tank the height is limited. I wasn't sure how much headroom I'll need for corals. I added height on the right side with only 5 inches to spare for the top coral.

@icecool2 i'm on the look out for a NYC-Dog Acan!

i think it looks awesome.
very fitting for the tank size.
wish i had scaped my 10 gallon like this when i had it.
