Another Bama reefer

Hello everyone! I have been "lurking" here for about a month now and find myself going less and less to RC. Don't know why just do. Anyway...I guess I figured I should introduce myself. I have been in the hobby since the early 1990's when all the rage was crushed coral and undergravel filters and we could barely keep mushroom corals alive!! Things have progressed substantually since those days. Most for the better some not so much. I won't get on my soap box though. I will save that for another time..

Well with all that said I guess I should get to my current set up. I have a 65 AGA mixed reef (mostly SPS) with a 75 gallon sump an ASM G3 skimmer (un-modded). Lighting is 6X39 watt T5. ATI bulbs Cheap fixtures!! Also I have a 50 gal LPS and Zoa tank with 4X54 watt T5 ATI bulbs in a cheap fixture with a Aqua C remora HOB skimmer. I have a 220 Gal that I am waiting to set up again. Had to take it down earlier this year due to my job (80% travel) and didnt want my wife to stress about taking care of it.

Yep!! I'm with ya on that one!! The children say that "Roll Tide" is a bad word!!HA HA.

I am in Athens. That thing has really taken off in the last month. I actually need to frag it soon. Shoot me a PM around the end of Jan. and we can work something out. I am ALWAYS looking to trade for something. About 90% of my tank was started as frags and trades with others here in AL.

I am about 30-40 min north of Cullman. Depends on how fast you drive :bigsmile:!! I could meet you somewhere but you will have to remind me which coral you are talking about. Sorry man, I suffer from CRS (Can't Remember S...) Shoot me a PM.
