Another Bryopsis battle, HELP!!!

A couple off months ago I used Reef Flux to rid my tank of bryopsis, and so it did, or I thought it did. A month later it was starting to come back. I just started another treatment with Reef Flux. My question is, did it come back because their was a lot of it the first time I used Reef Flux, and thus a little survived the treatment, or can it actually be killed. Would a back to back treatment better the odds of killing it permanently.
