I've had this chalice now for over 4 yrs. It was purchased as an Australian chalice from a LFS. I grew this from 1 eye and this was a pick before a tank crash a few years ago. Luckily I had a 3 eye frag in a separate system. Made me sick though as this has always been my favorite chalice. I am sure this bad boy has a name so, any help you could provide, would be greatly appreciated.

So, I'll give it a week, and if I don't get a positive ID, I'm naming this baby:).

I do that myself. The no name chalices are much more affordable. Makes it better when it actually turns out to be a diamond in the ruff. Wouldn't it be great if you got that one chalice that will be the next big thing. That is what happened to BGM. I love getting one and it colors up. I name it whatever it looks like to me. Many times i find out there is already one with that name.

It's a Mycedium species.

As for a "name", I'm old school in that if you didn't buy it with one, it doesn't have one.
