Another clown with a problem.

My feeling is that the lymph is internal. Unfortunately I don't have a QT. I might just have to let this play out. I really appreciate all your help.

I would put her in QT with antibiotics. The triple threat Kanaplex, furan 2 and metroplex. Add in Epsom salt which is perfectly safe and won't hurt to do, even though it may not help. It may be good to put her in an acclimation box, upside down on the bottom of the tank to keep her lowest in the water. A rock may be needed to hold the container down.

^^ I think this is a good gameplan, as the possibility of infection is real here.

So, maybe humane euthanasia is an option?
I hate to do it but right now don't have the resources to go full bore on this.

Is the fish still eating/acting fine? If so, I would not euthanize. Some problems eventually resolve on their own without our help.

+1 If you can't QT then see if it solves itself. If she is still eating you might try feeding antibiotics in the food. You can combine Kanaplex and Focus (to bind it to the food) and feed that once a day. You can also dose Epsom salts into the display as it's reef safe.

It would be my last option. It eats and acts normal. Spends lights on time up in the corner and as soon as lights go out swims around with the other clown and then they nap together behind the live rock. Seems to be eating about the same.
OK, I can try dosing food. I have a 13 gallon nano tank. How much epsom salts?
What's in Kanaplex? I'm a veterinarian, any other good broad spectrum antibiotics used in fish? Something like enfloxcillin?

1 tablespoon per 5 gallons.

Kanaplex = kanamycin. Erythromycin + minocycline or nitrofurazone are other good options.

Epsom Salt: Treats eye and other injuries. Popeye in one eye usually means injury, but popeye in both eyes usually denotes a bacterial infection requiring antibiotic treatment. Cloudy eye can be a bacterial infection or flukes.

How To Treat - 1 tablespoon per 5 gallons of aquarium water. Repeat only once, if necessary. Use only “USP” grade Epsom salt.

Pros - Reef safe, as Epsom salt is just magnesium sulfate.

Cons/Side Effects - The effects of excessive sulfate in a reef aquarium are not fully known.

Kanaplex and kanamycin in it (which I can't spell to save my life) but you can also use Furan2 which is another broad spectrum antibiotic.

You would need to do one scoop of kanaplex or furan 2 in about 1 tsp of food with one scoop of Focus. If you are using pellets then you'll need to add a little rodi water to allow for the medication to soak into the food. Allow the mixture to soak for a minimum of 20 minutes before first feeding.

I agree fully with all of the advice given by @melypr1985 and @Humblefish, however that looks nothing like lymphocytosis to me, both of my clowns have it and never has an outbreak looked like that.
best of luck to you and follow their guidlines. as long as they're eating you should be ok

I'm going to give it a try. But this all did start about 3 weeks ago with small white nodules on face, back and belly. The one on belly continued to grow, seemed to tear skin and as skin healed this bubble appeared. Very strange!

OK!! Now that sounds like lymphocytosis the small white nodules... it sounds like the belly area where the skin tore has become infected. treat as directed and best of luck

Do you happen to have a cleaner shrimp? Back when I did maintenance, my old boss's solution to Lympho was to throw the fish in a tank with around 20 cleaner shrimp. It actually worked in most cases, but sometimes the cleaner shrimp were a little aggressive with eating/pulling the nodules off and infection would set in.

It's logical to conclude that sometimes infection can set in if some of the scales are damaged when the nodule(s) eventually detach from the body. More so than if the nodules remain confined to just the fins/spines.

I just wanted to let you all know that my clown is doing much better. The bubble is almost gone after two days on Kanaplex. And it is also not spending all its time sitting in her usual upper corner..
One last thing , could someone point me to a guide to set up a small QT. Remember, I'm working with a 13 gallon nano tank

That's great! Keep going with the kanaplex for a full ten days. This guide: How to Quarantine applies to small tanks and big tanks. You just adjust the size of the equipment to fit.

My poor fish finally succumbed to whatever this was. It showed improvement initially on the antibiotic regimen, bubble disappeared but the internal mass never did.
Sad to lose this little guy.

I'm sorry to hear that :(
