I currently have Dry Rock and Dry Sand (Nuked with Bleach and Dried with multiple water rinses) and for cycling, could I place it in the tank along with nitrifying bacteria and will it cycle at a decent speed? I understand that all cycle times are different but yeah. I'm planning on using live rock + bio home with Aquavitro Seed and Aquaforest Pro Bio S + -NP Pro.

I started with live rock on my 20 gallon and it seems to have ich. :/ I now want a good start to my new 40b :)

Thank!

Live rock doesn't come with Ich. Ich lives within the fish and only shows when they're stressed.

You soaked the dry rock in bleach? You need to soak the rock in water. I would maybe cure it in freshwater for a month.

Hmm! Either way. I COULD buy a small piece of live rock from a lfs but if I don't have to, rather not.

The rock and sand is all ready, but just wanna make sure I'm not wasting the bacteria and sitting around for no reason.

If you cured the rock properly, I would say go for it.

I used bio-spira and added the first fish 3 days later. After 30 days, add another fish. Keep your lights off for that first month.
