Can somebody confirm what dinos i’m dealing with?

I’d guess amphidinium based on the sand pic. Hopefully a more positive ID will come.
That's what I wanted to say as well but looks slightly different?
 
Do they move like these? (ostreopsis ...granted they don't look like them)


They seem to move slightly more deliberately. But they do look similar. Also, what I thought was hair algae all over my rocks may also be dinos... so maybe they are not confined to the sand[emoji17].

Some better pics without blues. I have begun dosing No3 and Po4 (currently at .06 Po4, 2 No3), and also dosing Vibrant.
