Another Dino or catano id please

Hey all! This is a growout tank that the last week or so I’ve been dealing with some slimy build up on egg crate and frag plugs. IN the last month i started dosing acro power and I think it might have led to this so I’ve stopped dosing that completely. Parameters of note:
Phosphate: .02ppm Hanna ulr
Nitrate: 5ppm Red sea( have to dose to keep this level)

I tried a test I read about where you suck up some the slime with 100ml of water and add hydrogen peroxide. If it bubbles it’s cyano if not it’s dinos.
I did not get any bubbling but I’m not convinced it’s not cyano.
