Ok. Agressive Snowflake 15-16". A 12"-13" Snowflake notieably smaller. A 12" Barred Eel. Big difference between the 16" and the 13" in girth. So the big snowflake won't play nice. He attacked a Grouper. That settled down. And then was ok But he hunts for the other eels once he jnows they are there. So I removed him. I am letting the other Eels settle and letting him forget his territory.

If I put him back again after some time passes do you think I might get different results? I know there are no guarantees but I wanted to get some feedback. Eel are mostly blind. So territory has a lot to do with it. Snowflakes are usually docile but it doesn't always work like that.

Snowflakes can become very aggressive from what I've seen.
what size tank ,plenty of hiding "holes", pipes ??

I don't have pipes in this one. Lots of rockwork though. The smaller one is good with the barred eel. The bigger one is in another tank. I'd like to try again at some point. I'm not sure its gonna matter. I am hoping he doesn't feel like its "his" tank if I put him back. But he gets relentless. Doesn't even stop. Just keeps "looking" for the other snowflake.
