I have a 125 that has a Jebao cross flow at one end, which is 4300-4600 GPH, it's on the lowest setting, 3/4 up the side of the tank...then I also have 2 Aqqa wave makers each rated 2100 gph... one on the same end, towards the back of the glass, shooting straight through the back (side to side) and another one, at the opposite end. the flow seems ok, but I have a grape coral that seems to be getting beaten a bit. Not sure if I should move it or not... and then a candy cane, that's not "as fluffy" (husbands words, not mine)
also, I did a 35 gallon water change yesterday, which could be why the candy cane isnt happy. I did that because I had medicated the tank with Reef RX and it was time to do a change. I will try to add a picture in a few

The bubble will not like a lot of flow esp if its constant. My candy canes dont really care as long as they dont get blasted

Ok. thanks so much. the BT doesnt actually get too much, it's like it sort of goes over that...but when it comes back it gets some. Not blasted though. My Grape coral gets far more, I may move that one...
