Another high nitrate low phosphate question

I'm sort of in the same boat. Right now 15.5 nitrates and 0.05 phosphate. I don't plan on doing anything at the moment but id be curious which common foods are higher in phosphate. I don't have any corals in my tank currently.

Usually frozen mysis and dry seed weed are high in phosphate. But I rather lower nitrate than increase

Nothing wrong with your nutrients in my opinion

I was thinking the same thing. I'm dosing Neo-Phos just to get a reading on my Hannah, while my nitrates won't go below 50 for more than a few days
