How old is this rock? Looks like freshly put into tank, dried rock?
Could be some sort of dead tissue that soaked some water and became appearing to be something? Note sure..

Does it react to anything?

The rock is live rock from local shop. It’s texture is hard. The rock has been in a cycling aquarium for 4 weeks. This appeared about 3 days ago

It also appears to be a spiral in shape

Is it in the same spot?
Is it growing? I would manually see and try to touch it with wooden stick. If it retracts or shrivel it's a living thing. We could eliminate some sort of piece of artificial product stuck on the live rock.

For example my live rock had something that appeared as white tentacle. I was convinced it's alive and keep watching it for hours. After it annoyed me enough for days I touched it. Nothing. Found out it was string from fishing net stuck between rock. Nobody would have thought I was trying to feed it...

This is totally hard to the touch, does not react to anything, at least that I have seen. It’s approx 1 centimeter in length, spiraled, attached to the rock, and a purple pink in color. It’s possible it was there all the time and I never noticed it until it turned color. Due to its small size pics are hard to get

I think its most likely tunnel of what used to be / still is a worm.

Just keep an eye on it.
