Okay, I just googled and I have to agree. Can lymphocystis damage a fish’s fins? Because that’s really the only thing I’m seeing on the tang.

The second photo definitely looks like lympho. Difficult to be sure with blurry photos, however. I know moving targets are difficult to photograph!
Lympho can "damage"a fish's fins but generally it worsens until it starts to improve and vanish. On rare occasions it can cause issues for the fish's gills if it grows over them, or mouth making it difficult to eat -- in those cases I have scraped it off with a razor blade and the fish made a full recovery.

It was definitely a struggle trying to get those pictures lol. It doesn’t seem to be affecting them too adversely as they are all still swimming and eating. It turned out that I had a broken heater and Saturday I found my tank sitting at 90° F. So, with that now resolved, do you think recovery is likely? There is not a ton of great/uplifting info from a simple google search.

If it is truly Lympho, the odds of a recovery are very very high. The bad news is that this will always be in your system. The good news is that i am convinced most fish have this virus anyway. It's like the mouth sore herpes virus' -- it isn't very problematic in an established system, with good husbandry methods and clean water. You can soak foods in selcon, zoe, and/or vita chem for added nutrition.
90 degrees could stress a fish, giving the virus an upper hand. That could have been a contributor, but I would not worry if it is lympho.

It could be Lymphocystis, but it doesn’t quite look like the typical case, the position of the spots is wrong. You can rule out ich by watching specific spots by comparing photos day to day; if the spots don’t increase in number, and are in the exact same location after 48 hours, it isn’t ich. Don’t forget - comorbidity is a huge issue. Some of these spots could have one cause, while others may have a different cause!

Okay, I will compare the spots day to day. She doesn’t look too thin to me in person, but she is fairly new and we are still in the process of convincing her to eat all the foods we feed.
