So I saw something new pop up in the tank today. I found the same thing a week or so ago and I figured maybe it was from a snail and wiped it off. But now two new spots appeared. As far as snails go, I have 3 good size turbos and a couple of astreas and ceriths.

Any ideas?

I see these along with the big white disk eggs quite often. What percentage of these do y’all ever see hatch? I’m always doubtful any survive, but that would be awesome.

I think the big white disks are probably nerite snail eggs if you have them in tank. The squiggly ones are usually Cerith. Many critters will attempt to eat baby snails. Free food is good. Some should make it to adulthood just due to their numbers.

I have some baby snails running around my tank all of a sudden - I love them. Bearing in mind the numbers of eggs I think the fish ensure not too many make it to adulthood so you don’t have a population crisis.
