Another new guy with picture

Been lurking four some time. So figured it's time to introduce myself.

I have a 120 mostly SPS, with roughly 170 gallons of sump. Tank is about 19 months old. Started with typical 1" frags. I dose Kalk and getting ready to add a Calcium Reactor on line. Finding it hard to keep up with demands just using Kalk. Anyways love the site.

Nice setup! The macro algae tank looks great! I like the monti cap on the wall idea. I saw an article in a mag recently where they mounted frags on magnets to put on the glass. I'm thinking about doing this. How did you mount yours?

Really nice tank! You missed the FTS...lol. Amazing you were keeping up with demand with just kalk and water changes. You weren't using 2 part? Would love to see more about your tank.

First off thanks for the warm welcome. I visit the site daily just been procrastinating the intro.

The monti cap I just placed close to the wall on some rock work and it started growing on the wall too? Was not on purpose but worked out good. This stuff is almost invasive. I have to trim every few months.

FTS shots never look as sweet as the side shots.:wink: As for keeping up with just Kalk. I have been having to add Alk manually. Hopefully the Calcium Reactor fixes everything if I don't kill everything trying to dial it in.
