Another odd one to me today..

Any idea what this little thing is? It retracts into the snail shell if I move it around...

Kind of looks like an aptasia anemone.

Looks like aptaisia. If that shell is empty, I'd remove it.

Thanks - I am still a newbie and was trying to decide if it looks more like aiptasia or a spaghetti worm. I’ll remove it and be done with it for now (fingers crossed). Thanks again!

If you see any more popping up its best to take care of it early when controllable, use aiptasia-x or buy a few peppermint shrimp to keep it from overtaking your reef [ don't worry, only If they start growing on rocks or you notice others; if you dodged a bullet early and no more pop up ur a lucky fella ]
