Ok, thanks. That's what I was hoping for, but you never know. Never a dull moment!pic 1-I have the same little sprouts in my nem tank. Even when I clean it theyre still there. 8+ months and no issues.
pic 2-probably some sort of worm...most likely beneficial but if you dont like it, you can just pick them off and toss them in the trash.
sand worms. good stuff. they clean the sand bed. Somebody really should sell these more often.Ok, thanks. That's what I was hoping for, but you never know. Never a dull moment!

Im my first 30(3.5 years) at feeding time 10,000 little arms would come out of the sand and clean it. (dsb)
Like a dummy I listened to a lot of folks and saved very little of the bed and just seeded. In hindsight I should have just dumped it in and covered it in the new 3+ inches an 40+ lbs I added..
The new mandy eats worms.![]()
not any more!!no way! thats awesome, constant supply right? lol

Gonna need a bigger house.hahahahaha love the orca analogy
You should set up a tank with just a DSB and grow them yourself!
the only bad thing is, I have 2 dt's on qt. If I had a bigger house I do have a friend or two that have 500 gallon tanks in their trucks. So.......I heard that!
hahaha
