I recently placed two orders. Order 1100816501 on Dec 24 and order 1100816926 on Dec 25. I paid for upgraded shipping for the first order placed Dec 24th and its not scheduled to be delivered till Jan 3rd. The second order I didnt pay to upgrade the shipping and it was delivered yesterday.

Your original email was sent on a Saturday when we were out of the office, and then we were closed on Monday for the holiday - so double the frustration on top of the delay in the shipment. It looks like we were able to get your shipping charge refunded. Is there anything else that we can do to help resolve this for you?
