Ok I found this weird thing tonight. I am sorry for the bad image. It only really shows well with the blues and the goby kicked up sand.
It glows! It even glows under the rocks in the shadows from the light. It crawls fairly quickly for a tiny thing. It looks like a glowing porcupine the size of half a pea. Any ideas? Good or bad?

It is so difficult because once I put whites it blends with the rock.

This thing moves pretty quick. About the speed of a nassarius snail.

I think you are right now. I just snuck in and turned on blues and saw 3. I picked them with tank tweezers. One broke to pieces can they regrow if it gets broke in half? And how fast do they spread/reproduce? I can't dipx the whole tank!

I know they can lay eggs and be a super pain to get rid of. Do you have any zoa’s in your tank presently ?
Unfortunately yes. Quite a few that have been doing so great. And two of them I found on the LA Lakers and Packers :(

Just keep an eye on them the next few days and use the small air hose and suck them off. And maybe take them out and dip them if possible.
That is one good thing is that particular rock is small enough to dip.
What really sucks is I dip everything I buy. But I bought this really nice RBTA already footed on a rock. And I was afraid to fully dip the nem so I dipped up to the base of the nem. Most the rock.
I noticed a big either bristle worm or spaghetti worm under its foot today. Now these. Ugh.

I hear you rocks always come with surprises sometimes. Atleast you caught it now hopefully they didn’t lay eggs yet. How long was the nem in before you noticed the nudi’s ?
The nem has been in since Wednesday night.
Are zoas the only thing they eat?

Btw thanks for your help!

When I was dipping a zoa rock this morning to be safe, I noticed these under the rock. ????
