I'll get right to it, does anyone have any experience with 6 blue+ and 2 purple+ on a 8 bulb fixture?

Sweet! Actually got a reply on this one! Thanks for the suggestion, it's my understanding that coral+ is more of a stand alone or to be used if there is a smaller fixture to compensate for some color blending. I've tried:
3 blue+
2 coral+
and 1 actinic
on a 6 bulb and I got a very pink look, not a bad look but deffinitly pink.
I've heard TGC uses the 6 blue+ 2 purple+ and was curious if anyone else had. Surprisingly enough I've found purple+ to give whiter light.

I'd line it up like this to start. See what ya think:)
Front to Back
1) Blue +
2) Blue +
3) Coral +
4) Blue +
5) Blue +
6) Carol +
7) Blue +
8)Blue +

Them Purple + could promote nuisance algae and Coral+ have blue and red in them.
Might try Coral + in slot #2 and move back #2 Blue + in #3.

If you wanted a little more on the white blue side. Put in a KZ Gen ii in place of the front Coral +.
That KZ Gen ii is the best "Full Daylight" bulb I've ever used but you need to stay with the Coral + to hold a more blue look.
