Currently I have two ocellaris clowns, one gramma, one coral beauty, one bicolor blenny, one pink spotted goby, one firefish and one purple tang in my standard 180. What else should I add?

Any fish particular you are drawn to?

I love fairy, flasher, and small Halichoeres wrasse species. Flame or longnose hawkfish are very personable.

Genicanthus angel and melanurus and/or yellow crysus wrasse

Six line Wrasse (one of my favorites and highly misunderstood) and MORE TANGS! Yellow, powder blue, powder brown, scopas, Tomini, sailfin....the list goes on!

What's to misunderstand about 6 line wrasses? They often turn into pescacidal maniacs as they mature and are often a poor choice for community tanks. With a 180 gallon tank a 6 line would be a pretty poor choice given the option for Halichoeres Wrasses that are much better tank mates in general. Yellow Wrasse, Melanurus Wrasse, Christmas Wrasse (specifically H.Claudia), Red Lined Wrasse, Richmond's Wrasse would all be much more visible in a tank of that size and provide similar pest removal services.
