Another Two Scary Worms to ID.

When I first saw it , it was long and thin. Then flattened out and got all scary looking.

What is it ?

Looks like something from the show called "The strain" lol. Seriously though, I'm stumped on this one. Following

For the life of me, I cannot think of the name of those worms that spit out the toxic tongue type thing and reel it in? Very scientific description I know! I'm trying to remember the name so I can look up a picture of them ;Bookworm but I don't know if they flatten out.

I was just getting some new sand at the LFS I swear!

And well, they had this rock in one of the tanks with about a dozen bivalves , and well......

Dipped in the bag water with 16oz of peroxide , never saw stuff fly out of a rock like that since I bought oysters from a grocery store. Did a long Fw dip. And into the Qt.

Kinda bummed. I did kill a really nice fire worm.

The cool thing about that flat worm, was when I found it , it was long and thin. It started moving and spread out wide like that.
Bloody creepy. Hadn’t seen that before.
