Another weird worm

Hitchhikers' keep coming out y'all. Almost everyday I discover new organisms in my tank.
I am actually seeing this little critter for almost 2 weeks and never really paid attention before but now, I noticed it somewhat gained size. It always shows up at night and crawls really slow on the tank wall. What could this be?



(This is the best shot I could provide because my camera phone is so terrible at macro shots, and I already turned the lights off. The only source of light here was the powerhead's light.)

Looks to be a type of flatworm. Can you grab it and put it in a container with tank water and post those pictures?

I am currently looking for it now. Why does it have to disappear when I want to 'see' it? LOL
If I didn't catch it today, maybe I'll try tomorrow. It's already witching hour here :)
