Doesn't look like anything concerning. Doesn't look like a flat worm or nudi... so I would guess a small bristle worm or benthic worm you don't see come out much. There are a lot of worms in the tank that are harmless to beneficial. Hard to tell from the quality of the pics but I wouldn't be too worried if it were in my tank.
