Hi guys and gals!
As the title suggests I’m considering which lights will work best on my upgrade later in the year.
At the moment on my RSR 250 I have 2 XR15 G4 Pros supplemented with 4 T5’s to address spread and shadowing. I’m happy with this set up for this system and have enjoyed the Radions.
So to the point.... my new system is going to be somewhat wider than my current system at 27.5”. (70cm) depth and 48” (122cm) long. I want to be able to cover the width as the rock work will utilise the space and be SPS dominated.
Initially I thought 3 XR30’s but actually thinking 6 XR15’s will give me better control over spacing. That’s the first consideration, the 2nd is 2 Orphek V4’s. I’ve no experience of this light and not sure how they fair against Radions.
I checked out the BRS spotlight on them and they got a great review and I was sold[emoji23] but then after following along to their WWC hybrid series they chose Radions over this so I was left back to, having no idea [emoji23]!
This build is one I plan on running for the duration with no further upgrades so want to do it justice.
Cheers folks [emoji1417]
