Another which sand to get question

I am looking sand for my new 70g set up as the old sand I found that there are magnetic particle, sand or whatever in there. I will be keeping a goby so I prefer finer sand but not like oolite that blows around.

I think I will get dry sand as I can just scoop some live sand from my current tank to seed it to save some money. I am looking at these two or what’s your suggestions:

I will try to get sand that is cleaner and has lessee chance of magnetic sand in there.

So has anyone used or currently running the caribsea aragonite special grade dry sand? if so how many pounds for a 73lb?

Not too fine but not to corse where a goby would like it correct?
