This is another polyp I acquired sometime last year and would like an ID. Sort of a black and white polyp, light blue to white speckling, redish outer ring (near where the skirt starts), blue at the base of the fingers and white fingers. Pics taken through glass with my iPhone 4s. Thanks...

Anybody know what these ones are? The pictures are pretty spot on...the polyps are about the size of a nickel or quarter...it's standard size egg crate in the back ground (3/4") and the polyps are a little bigger then each square.

Thanks for your comment again...the issue I have with your opinion is there is to many people naming every polyp they buy (at a LFS that does not believe in naming for example), then there is 10 to 20 of the same polyp with different names, as seen on zoaid. In order to help avoid that situation, I am being what I consider responsible, and checking to see if there is a similar polyp already out there. And in this case I have never seen anything like it (and I have had at one point or another a lot of polyps), therefore I have nothing to compare it to. I am aiming to find out if there is a similar polyp. Of course if I sell it it would be listed as a similar type and not the lineaged polyp because it doesn't have lineage. If you check my posts you will see I very rarely ask for IDs and I have a ton of posts, where I try to be helpful to fellow reefers...hopefully you can understand this standpoint.

Back on topic, has anybody else seen this or a similar polyp.
