I was considering adding an antenna goby or 2 but don't think I can really keep up with a 2/day feeding.

Is this really necessary or is it just a suggestion?

Excellent question.

I have 12 small fish in a 90g tank. A couple of the fish (a blenny and a file fish) are very young. I see people saying certain fish need to be fed 2 or 3 times a day. I feed every day or 2 on average and have on occasion gone 3 days between feedings. Is this a good practice? I don't know. But I don't lose fish either. Maybe my semi-mature (1 year old) tank has enough 'other' food to keep the fish going?

That gives me hope, thank you!

I am still working on my stocking plans, just finished cycle on my 20. I had no plans other than 2 clowns and anemones, but have been looking at pistol shrimp and gobies. I know I won't be able to feed 2x/day,but if it's possible to supplement with say pods I could definitely do that.

I would love to be able to do the shrimp goby sandbed team along with clowns/anemones.

I am open to alternate suggestions also, I just don't want to get into something that requires more than I know I can put in.

I have been considering going with some sexy shrimp as well, I think I read they go well with anemones...

I had 5 sexy shimp in my 16g Rock Flower Anemone breeding tank for a year. They did very well. They got moved to the 90g DT when I converted the RFA breeding tank to a frag tank. They lasted about 3 days. I suspect the cleaner shrimp or the wrasse.
