Anthia and possible ich

A fellow reefer was tearing down his tank so I picked up an anthia. His one gill has some white stuff on it. Is this ich or maybe just bruised or picked on. The orginal owner had 3 of these and some clowns and a cleaner shrimp. I didnt realize the white till I had him in the tank. Check out these pics

Looks more like a bacterial or fungus infection. Ich you will have little white spots all over the body most of the time.
