So I have Three Dispar Anthias in Qt for about a 7 days. Dosed Amquel per instructions on the first day and dosing Seachem Stability every day for 7 days per instructions. All are eating well and acting normal. Today I noticed a few spots on two of the Anthias. Am I dealing with Ick? If so, I have cupramine, coppersafe and prazipro on hand. I also have a API copper test kit. Any special considerations for Anthias?

Looks like lymphocystis
A marine viral infection. Not much you can do about it other than keep the fish healthy and happy with vitamin rich food and pristine water quality.

Yes, lymphocystis almost always presents on the edges of the fins. If it’s that, then good feedings and water quality will fix it. If it is ich, you’ll know soon enough. Anthias generally tolerate copper ok, though CP is better if you can get it.

Do not use CP on anthias. They don't do well for some reason. They don't do too well with cupramine either. Better to treat with a chelated copper like Copper Power. Avoid "Coppersafe" its copper content has been unreliable and varying quite a bit from bottle to bottle. So many of us now are using Copper Power. It dosage is very reliable and we recommend 1.75-2.00 ppm.
Here's Meredith's very thorough treatment chart: https://www.reef2reef.com/threads/fish-and-treatment-guidelines-with-chart.283450/#post-3449648
And here's @HotRocks dosage recommendations for Copper Power: https://www.reef2reef.com/threads/ratios-for-dosing-copper-power.385871/#post-4684551
