ive had this lyretail anthias for 2 weeks and shes always been out infront swimming the entire length of the tank most days but for the last 2-3 days shes been hiding in this area thats usually where she and the coral beauty sleep doesn't leave far from from this area shes still eating well but as soon as she eats she goes right back into this area or around this area she isnt being bullied that i can see right now i have tomato clown coral beauty and 2 pyramid butterfly fish

The male dispar in my tank hides nearly all the time. The smaller female also can hide but less so than the large female in the tank.

I really don't see anything that looks wrong with the fish or its behavior.

She looks otherwise healthy to me too. Any new additions a couple days ago?

Watch those tomato clowns. They could be a culprit.

Looks like a new tank. Did everything cycle okay?

tanks been up for 4 months and the last fish i added were the two pyramid butterfly fish 2 weeks ago and ive watched the interaction with the tomato clown they actually swim together in that area there's no aggression or harassment with any of the fish that i can see

all the fish hang out on that side when i stand near the tank because i feed on that side so they think its feeding time lol

and also i only have the 1 tomato clown fish

Mine starting hiding more once they identified a spot where they could hide that was not claimed by other fish.

She looks healthy, so as long as she still comes out during feeding time, I'd say things are probably okay. She doesn't appear to have nipped fins or other signs of bullying.

I was worried when mine would hide as well. I have 6. They seem to hide the most when the light is brightest. Makes sense really. Mornings and evenings are when mine are the most active. This has been going on since April when I added them to the DT. If they see me, they come out though.

Also, there are almost always 2-3 of them out swimming. So, they don't stay there the whole time even when the lights are the brightest. More like they're taking breaks. Good luck! They're beautiful fish.
